About the app ParentFlow Updated September 6, 2026

What is ParentFlow?

ParentFlow is a baby-tracking app for iPhone, Android, and the web. You log the everyday things — a feed, a nap, a diaper, a weight check — in a single tap, and the app keeps them in one calm place that both parents and caregivers can share. Daily summaries help you review recorded routines. Optional Premium planners provide additional educational planning tools; a log or prediction cannot determine a child's health or readiness for a new food.

It is built to cover the whole early stretch of parenting, from pregnancy through age six, and to change as your child grows. The newborn view is about feeds and sleep; the toddler view is about routines, meals, and milestones. You set it up once around your child's age, and it adjusts from there.

What you can track

The core of ParentFlow is fast, one-tap logging for the things you do dozens of times a day:

On top of the log, ParentFlow includes a free daily summary, trends and reminders. Ask Flo includes five free questions per month; unlimited Ask Flo is Premium. Sleep Planner, Food Planner, Word Bath and Daily Routine are Premium. Notes and To-Dos require Plus or Premium and are not available on Free. The native apps include an informational Cry Translator, which cannot determine why a baby is crying or diagnose a health concern.

Is ParentFlow free?

Everyday tracking, daily summary, trends and one invited caregiver are free. Ask Flo includes five free questions per month. Notes and To-Dos require Plus or Premium; additional caregivers, unlimited Ask Flo and the planners are Premium. What makes it different

ParentFlow brings three capabilities together. First, it is age-aware: the same app shows a newborn's parent feeds and sleep, and a toddler's parent routines and milestones. Second, the basics are genuinely free, including the daily summary and trends. Third, it is built for two-handed, real life — widgets, Live Activities, and hands-free Siri logging mean you can record a feed without putting the baby down, and family sharing connects separate caregiver accounts. One invited caregiver is free; additional caregivers are Premium. Native features such as Siri, widgets and Live Activities vary by device and are not browser features.

About these guides

The guides on this site — feeding by age, sleep by age, milestones, newborn essentials, and more — reflect current guidance from groups like the AAP, CDC, and FDA. They are free to read, with no account required. If you want to put any of it into practice, ParentFlow is the app that does the tracking and reminding for you.

Product note: ParentFlow publishes this page about its own app. Plan limits reflect product-owner confirmation on September 6, 2026. This is a product description, not a hands-on accuracy, clinical or security test. See the current feature overview and confirm prices in the app.
