Milestone & Activity Tracker
Pick your child's age, check what you are seeing, and get a quick progress snapshot.
This tool uses CDC milestone checklist ages where available, with ParentFlow guidance for newborns, in-between months, and age 6. Milestones are not a pass-or-fail test. They help you notice patterns, support the next skill, and decide when to ask your pediatrician.
Act early if you are concerned. If your child loses a skill, is missing several milestones, or your gut says something is off, talk with your child's doctor and ask about developmental screening.
CDC's official milestone checklists run from 2 months through 5 years. ParentFlow adds gentle activity guidance for the gaps.
How to use this tracker
- Choose the age closest to your child. For babies born early, ask your provider whether to use corrected age.
- Check skills you have seen more than once, not a one-time lucky moment.
- Use the activity ideas as gentle play prompts. Stop if your child is tired, hungry, or frustrated.
- Save the pattern in ParentFlow if you want to track progress over time and share notes with caregivers.
